Take US RTE 1 (North) continuing onto I95
(South), then follow as road goes into I
495+95 (NORTH) [MAINE TPK] After
leaving the pike, take Exit 30, and bear to
the right, keep straight, down though
Augusta to the rotary, go ½ way around
and then continue straight until the next
rotary, going ½ way around again.
Continue straight turning right at the light
after the McDonalds onto 202 (East), follow
road as it turns into HWY 3(East) about
11miles. Continue on HWY 3 for about 38
miles as road goes into Belmont Ave. In
Belfast turn right on Route 1 (East),
continue for about 4.4 miles to taking a left
at Dos Amigos Restaurant continue down
on Bayside road 2.4 miles, which turns into
Shore Road.
It's easy! From Boston, MA (200 miles):
Proceed north on I-95 to Exit 6A (I-295,
South Portland). From Portland, ME (85
miles): I-295 North to I-95 North (I-295
becomes I-95 at Falmouth). Take Exit 22 to
U.S. Rte. 1 North (Coastal Route). U.S. Rte.
1 North to Route 90 just north of
Waldoboro (left turn). Route 90 meets with
U.S. Rte. 1 again in Rockport, continue on
to Camden. From downtown Camden it is
about 11.5 miles to Shore Road, once on
shore road it is about 2.2 miles on the right
hand side.
Major airlines fly into Portland and Bangor
airports. Daily commercial air service is
also available to Knox County Airport, at
Owls Head in nearby Rockland.
