                      SUGGESTIONS:

Although the cottage is fully furnished, you should consider bringing:

Your own beach towels

Any additional towels or bedding you need or desire above what is provided

Bug repellent, suntan lotion,and binoculars

Calling Card for any long distance calls, local phone service provided

Any additional device you may need, such as a hair dryer
A $500.00 DEPOSIT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED
WITH IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING THE RESERVATION FOR IT TO BE
GUARANTEED. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE  7 BUSINESS DAYS,
THEN THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED.

THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE MUST BE RECIEVED 10 BUSINSESS DAYS
BEFORE CHECK IN.

PLEASE NOTE:  CONFIRMATION SHEETS ARE MAILED TO YOU UPON
RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT CHECK.
30 DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A FULL REFUND.  

ANY CANCELLATION UNDER 30 DAYS, THE REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE
PRO-RATED FROM THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.

PLEASE NOTE:  ANY CANCELLATIONS UNDER 30 DAYS, AND THE
PROPERTY IS RENTED FOR THE CANCELLED WEEK,  WILL RESULT IN A
FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT.
CLEANING DEPOSIT
Upon checkout:

1.) Please place used bedding
and towels into the hampers
provided in each bedroom.

2.) Please remove all food and
trash from premises into
outdoor receptacles provided.

3) Please wipe out the stove,
fridge and microwave if
needed and wash any dirty
dishes before leaving.

4) If the outside gas grille was
used, please remember to
clean this for the next renter
coming in.

**Cleaning products are
located under the sink in the
kitchen.
